HAVE A HEALTHY AND EARLY DINNER<br />

Have your dinner at a comfortably early time.<br />

Heavy meals at dinner or overeating may<br />

cause you to feel bloated <strong>and</strong> unfocused. If<br />

you do feel like having a snack before bedtime,<br />

go for a hydrating drink like infused water or<br />

some herbal tea. Take the time immediately<br />

after dinner to sort <strong>and</strong> pack your lunch for<br />

the next day. Store the rest appropriately, so<br />

you are well prepared for tomorrow’s dinner<br />

as well.<br />

TIDY UP YOUR LIVING SPACE<br />

Nobody likes waking up to clothes strewn<br />

over the floor <strong>and</strong> dirty dishes in the sink.<br />

Give about 30 minutes for clearing up your<br />

living spaces. Do the dishes <strong>and</strong> sort your<br />

laundry. This way, when you wake up, you will<br />

find a fully organised area through which you<br />

can manoeuvre much more comfortably.<br />

BE MINDFUL OF YOUR NIGHTTIME<br />

ROUTINE<br />

Build a mindful nighttime routine by taking a<br />

few minutes to prepare for the next morning.<br />

Laying out your clothes, packing your bag<br />

<strong>and</strong> shining your shoes are all activities that<br />

will help you be prepared for a less hectic<br />

morning.<br />
