BUILD CONSISTENT SLEEP RITUALS<br />

Bedtime rituals help signal your brain to get<br />

ready to sleep. These rituals should ideally be<br />

short, calming activities that help ease your<br />

mind into winding down. Brew yourself a cup<br />

of chamomile tea or read a book, even listen<br />

to some soothing music or self-affirmations to<br />

help tune your mind <strong>and</strong> body positively.<br />

BE CONSISTENT<br />

The secret to success is not to avoid failure,<br />

but to keep taking a step forward. Be<br />

consistent with your bedtime routines. Do not<br />

punish yourself for skipping a night or two but<br />

do your absolute best to stick to them. The<br />

best way to do it is to start early so you have<br />

ample time to complete each step at your<br />

pace <strong>and</strong> not hurry through the process. The<br />

whole point of developing a bedtime routine<br />

is to relax after the rush of the day <strong>and</strong> be<br />

energised for the next!<br />
