Son olarak yine Özbekistan tekstil yatırımlarına
değinmek istiyorum. Son yıllarda artan
yatırımların nedeni sizce nedir? Ülke genelinde
bu yatırımlar sürecek midir? Ayrıca BUHARA
COTTON TEXTIL Firması tekstil ve hazır giyim
sektörlerinde yeni bir yatırım içerisine girerse
Buhara Kentinde mi olacaktır?
“Özbekistan en çok dış göç veren ülkelerden
birisidir. Bunun en büyük nedenlerinden birisi
işsizlik sorunu olmuştur. Genç nüfusun büyük bir
kısmı Rusya ve Türkiye gibi ülkelere göç etmiştir.
Hatta Türkiye üzerinden Avrupa’ya giden Özbek
sayısı oldukça fazladır. Özbekistan devleti
yeni iş alanları oluşturmak için üretimi destekleme
kararı almıştır. Bu desteklerle birlikte en
çok yatırım tekstil ve hazır giyim sektörlerine
olmuştur. İplik üretim tesislerinin yanı sıra örme
ve dokuma kumaşlar üretimi başlamış, şu
anda yıllık 3 milyar dolarlık bir ihracat hacmine
ulaşmıştır. Önümüzdeki yıllarda devlet destekli
yatırımların artarak devam edeceğini düşünüyorum.

konuşmamızın başında da söylediğim gibi ürün
gruplarımızı çeşitlendirmek için yatırımlara devam
edeceğiz. Bu yatırımların adresi Özbekistan
ve Buhara olacaktır.”
Finally, I would like to mention again Uzbekistan
textile investments. What do you think is
the reason for the increasing investments in
recent years? Will these investments continue
throughout the country? Also, will BCT be in
Bukhara City if it enters a new investment in the
textile and garment sectors?
Uzbekistan is one of the countries with the highest
foreign immigration. One of the biggest
reasons for this has been the unemployment
problem. A large proportion of the young
population has emigrated to countries such as
Russia and Turkey. Even Uzbeks went to Europe
via Turkey, the number is quite high. The Uzbekistan
government has decided to support
production to create new business areas. With
these supports, the most investment has been
in the textile and garment sectors. In addition
to yarn production facilities, production of
knitted and woven fabrics has started, and has
now reached an annual export volume of $ 3
billion. I think that state-sponsored investments
will continue to increase in the coming years.
As BCT, as I said at the beginning of our speech,
we will continue investments to diversify our
product groups. The address of these investments
will be Uzbekistan and Bukhara.
