An opportunity exists for a Compost Laboratory Technician, based<br />

at our Composting Plant near Dunsandel. This role is permanent<br />

part-time, around 24 hours per week, and there is some flexibility on<br />

days and hours, but they will fall on Monday through to Thursday.<br />

Key responsibilities of this role will be:<br />

• To collect samples from throughout the Composting process and<br />

analyse them using some basic and some specialised laboratory<br />

equipment<br />

• To enter the information into the relevant spreadsheets<br />

• To keep stock of laboratory supplies, prepare dilute chemicals,<br />

compost extract and other materials as required<br />

• To keep the laboratory clean, tidy and organised<br />

No prior qualifications or experience are necessary, as full training<br />

will be provided. But to be successful in this role we would like you<br />

to have:<br />

• Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and diligently, and<br />

experience in a role that requires a very structured approach to<br />

tasks, accuracy and attention to detail<br />

• Excellent spoken and written English<br />

is seeking a reliable and efficient board secretary to<br />

join a hardworking and dynamic team. The role will<br />

be on a contractor basis and will include limited board<br />

administration work including taking minutes of board<br />

meetings. Board meetings are held on Wednesday<br />

evenings in the Rolleston area.<br />

The hours will vary, but it is expected the role will initially<br />

require approximately 15-20 hours per month with<br />

competitive remuneration. The position is to commence<br />

as soon as possible and will conclude no later than <strong>June</strong><br />

2022.<br />
