With UNIQLE, <strong>SCHÄFER</strong> is systematically implementing the principle of a<br />
cooling system integrated in the server rack. The decision for integration<br />
is a logical step.<br />
Argument 1: Energy efficiency<br />
n Low pressure loss, pump rating correspondingly lower<br />
n Long fan lifetimes as fans are not mounted in heated sections<br />
Argument 2: Space efficiency<br />
Server space is not unlimited! And through the trend to higher <strong>and</strong><br />
higher computer performance accompanied by a greater packing density,<br />
server racks must guarantee a maximum of space efficiency.<br />
This enables the maximum computer density per m² of floor space to<br />
be achieved.<br />

Please note: Pipe work <strong>and</strong> a cold water generator are to be<br />
provided by the customer. Air-intake temperature is regulated<br />
by RMS with integrated control. Operation <strong>and</strong> configuration<br />
