What will I learn?
You'll learn everything you need
to know to pursue a career
working as a service technician in
all types of garages, dealerships
and maintenance depots.
It is a practical, hands-on course
and you'll be working in the very
best motor vehicle workshops on
a variety of vehicles with industry
standard resources. You will also be
given the opportunity to take up a
work experience placement in the
motor industry to get a taste of the
working world.
A very practical course that'll give
you hands-on experience working
on a range of vehicles.
The course provides essential
knowledge for those who want to
work as a vehicle technician in all
types of dealerships, maintenance
depots and garages. You’ll also
take up work experience with local
employers.
Master your skills training

our Skills Academy for Automotive
working on a variety of vehicles.
You'll also gain a qualification in
refrigerant handling, knowledge
of electric and hybrid vehicles
and have the opportunity to
complete work experience
with local businesses.

4 in maths and
English, we will help you
achieve these as part
of your course.
