DIRECTIONAL TRAVEL
ON CAMPUS
The spaces where the students
will travel will have signage for
the directions they should travel.
Corridors and lobbies will show
the direction in which they
should walk and the distance
they should keep from each
other, as well as the areas that
will be restricted from use during
the pandemic.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
The students and all community
members will be required to
maintain a strict social
distancing protocol. EA will help
students understand this
protocol with video training,
spots on the floor and in
bathrooms and classrooms.
DIVIDED CLASS
SCHEDULING
Alternate days of the week offer
a way to limit the number of
students physically present on
campus at any given time,
making the necessary physical
distance easier.

MONITORING OF ACCESS
TO EA FACILITIES
A constant monitoring of the
people who access our facilities
will be maintained, and only
strictly necessary visitors should
be allowed to enter, and all entry
protocols must be followed.
LUNCH AND SNACKS
Students must bring their
respective food from their
homes, we will not offer cafeteria
services to prevent contagion; at
the same time some students
must eat in the classrooms with
appropriate protocols to keep
the classroom clean.
TRAINING FOR STUDENTS
EA will provide up-to-date
education and training on risk
factors and protective behaviors
against COVID-19 to students,
providing them, by various
means, with pertinent
information related to the
prevention of infections,
adequate hygiene practices or
any other that is considered
appropriate. We will be sending
videos to students prior to any
reopening plan.
