ALL FACULTY AND STAFF
WILL HAVE THE NECESSARY
AND ADEQUATE TRAINING
All Faculty and Staff will have the
necessary and adequate training
to carry out their work,
guaranteeing that our students
have the lowest risk of
contagion.
USE OF HAND WASHING
STATIONS, AND WATER
FOUNTAINS
EA will strategically locate
stations for hand washing.
Students will be advised to bring
their drinking water from home
but EA will install water bottle
fillers so that, with supervision of
adults, students will be able to fill
their bottles. Protocols for the
washing of hands and the
appropriate use of the water
bottle fillers will be enforced /
supervised.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORTS
Our students will need additional
emotional support due to all the
changes and restrictions that
COVID-19 is facing. EA has a
strong counseling program that
addresses the academic,
professional, social-emotional,
and global development of all
students. EA Counselors offer
personal guidance and support
to students from PK3 - 12 to
facilitate a clear understanding
of their personal, emotional,
social, and academic needs as
they mature and develop,
therefore, they are guaranteed
that our students assimilate in
the gentlest way to our new
reality.
DAILY DISINFECTION
School facilities will be
thoroughly disinfected daily
(even several times a day in
some of them) to prevent
transmission of the virus,
increasing staff as needed. In
addition, this includes after EA
Day Program & again
after EAX Program.
ALTERNATIVE PLANS FOR
EXTRACURRICULAR
PROGRAMS, SPORTS,
RECREATION, AND FITNESS
According to the limitations that
are due to this pandemic, some
of our programs will undergo
changes in their way of
development. EA will provide
students with alternative
proposals aimed at meeting their
needs in each of these areas.
