PLAN B
MODIFIED FULL DAY SCHEDULE
(OPEN CAMPUS)
The modified full day schedule will happen once EA has successfully completed the blended
reintegration back onto our campus. We will evaluate our protocols and successes over the first two
months of school. If we are satisfied with our community following the social distancing and health
and safety protocols then we will begin to move to a full day program within our division schedules. It
is considered modified because once again - we will start with specific grades all day and then slowly
integrate the entire community if possible.
EA is fortunate to have a magnificent campus that has tremendous space that we can utilize so that
our students can be on campus, integrate with their peers and successfully follow the protocols. We
intend on using all of our resources and spaces to ensure safety for all students. We will use our
outdoor spaces and gymnasium to accommodate more students safely.
FULL DAY SCHOOL HOURS - ALL DIVISIONS
8:00 a.m. - 3:10 p.m.
