FLEXIBLE PLAN / HYBRID FOR SPECIAL
CIRCUMSTANCES ONLY
EA is offering this option for families who do not want their children to return to campus because they
consider them at risk or a family member at home is in an at risk population. This is also available for
families who have not been able to return to El Salvador prior to school starting.
We have already made a commitment to continue remote learning for our international students via
Brightspace Learning who may not be able to join us for in-person instruction in January. We are
extending this opportunity to families in all divisions of the school, as long as COVID-19 remains a
concern in our community. Students whose families choose this option must stay with this plan for a
full quarter. At the end of the quarter, they will have the option to choose to continue with this plan or
go back to campus.
