Homeschooling is not Distance Learning, as no EA teachers or official school is
involved in Parent / Student education. This is not offered at EA.
Homeschooling is a program where parents develop and create curriculum
on their own and then teach their children with no teacher or school guidance.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

& define assessments

STUDENTS
• Be an active participant
• Follow guidelines

• Ask questions
• Show evidence of learning
PARENTS
• Choose which curriculum
to follow
• Follow up on their child’s
progress
• Understand how the
government assesses learning
• Prepare their child for
exams
