VISITORS ON CAMPUS
Visitors must have a scheduled and approved appointment and registered at the security gate for
admittance to the campus. Upon scheduling the appointment, EA will give these guidelines to the
visitor. Identification will be given to the guard. It will be documented.

All visitors must enter through the main gate (La Mascota and/or San Benito). Report any illness or illness
at home. If illness is reported or suspected, the visitor will be denied entrance.
All visitors must wear a mask. No mask, no entrance.
All visitors will have a temperature check. If the temperature is 97ºF - 99ºF (>100ºF no permitted)
36.5ºC - 37.5ºC (>37.5ºC no permitted)
Each visitor will use hand sanitizer.
Each visitor will be directed to wait in the Lobby of the school until met by the campus host and
must remain with their host during the entire visit
All visitors will respect physical distancing guidelines. No physical greeting hosts, acquaintances or
students. This is a dynamic situation and it is likely that things will continue to change. We will
continue to issue new information and guidance as appropriate.
Visitors are required to follow all EA rules while on campus.
Service provider visits will be arranged after school hours.
EA reserves the right to refuse any visitor for non compliance with security or no previously
scheduled appointment.
