There are two easy ways to access On My Way:<br />
• MyChart App: Download the free Community Healthcare System ® MyChart app<br />
on Google Play or the Apple Store. Sign up or link your existing MyChart account.<br />
On the home screen, click “Find Care Now” to begin the check-in process.<br />
• COMHS.org/OnMyWay: Visit our website and virtually check in using the<br />
On My Way icon located on that page. Follow the prompts to sign into MyChart<br />
or provide your information so you can check-in.<br />
