Trinity Group achieves 95% sales for
Trinity Pentamont
Amidst the lacklustre economy and
property market outlook, boutique
property developer Trinity Group
announced it has achieved a 95% take-up
rate for Trinity Pentamont in Mont Kiara,
well ahead of its projected completion
in 2022. Launched in 2018, the 41-storey
freehold condominium project comprises
of 330 penthouse-styled units.
Built with a Gross Development
Value (GDV) of RM503 million,
Trinity Pentamont (a portmanteau of
“penthouse” and “Mont Kiara”) is a gamechanger
