forward, the Permitting and Development Center will
serve as a model for future development of other city
projects.
Sandrine Hitchcock is an architect and project manager at Gensler Austin. With
more than 20 years of experience working in the design and construction industry,

local officials, and design professionals. As a licensed architect with expertise in
construction administration and project management from kick-off to completion,
she brings a true understanding of efforts required to ensure every project is
