ABOUT AARON TEECE<br />

<strong>International</strong>ly renowned chef Aaron Teece is the talent<br />

behind Studio Neon Catering. Born and raised in<br />

the Northern Rivers near Byron Bay, he spent the formative<br />

years of his career in Brisbane. Feeling the lure<br />

of London, he travelled to expand his knowledge and<br />

build his résumé.<br />

After a long stint at London’s prestigious Harvey Nichols’<br />

5th Floor Restaurant, Aaron turned to the private<br />

chef path. Employed by Lady Margaret Thatcher in her<br />

retirement years, he was privileged to serve the Queen<br />

on several occasions. He also cooked for many UK celebrities,<br />

among them Kate Moss and Keira Knightley.<br />

On his return to Australia, Aaron was welcomed into<br />

some of Sydney’s finest establishments, including Astral,<br />

Sean’s Kitchen, EST., Felix and Manly Pavilion.<br />

He fields requests for his services not only Australia-wide<br />

but from the UK, Europe, New Zealand and<br />

exotic Pacific resorts. His corporate clients include<br />

Grey Goose Vodka, Louis Vuitton, Channel 7, Qantas<br />

and Tourism Australia.<br />
