2021 Open Class Exhibitor Fair Book

Hundreds of Exhibitors from all over the state and all ages enter items in the Open Class Exhibits every year. Printed copies are available at most banks throughout Dodge County, the Fair Office, Beaver Dam Piggly Wiggly and Rechek’s Food Pride. The online version is a good reference for quick look-up or for printing extra entry sheets. FOODS

* Note: Food judging will begin at 9am.

Cake Decorating will begin at 9am

followed by Food Preservation judging

* Note the change. There will be two judges.

Entries close August 6th. Each Exhibitor must purchase an exhibitor’s ticket, price of

$25.00 when making entry. Exhibits must be in place no later than 7:00pm on Tuesday of the

Fair. Judging will be held on Wednesday of the Fair at 9:00 am. The judge will reserve the

right to open jars of canned foods when close competition necessitates an inspection of

the content of the jars. Canned goods that have been entered before will not be accepted.

Jellies, preserves and pickles may be opened when judged. Only one exhibit may be entered

for any listed number. NO PACKAGE MIXES TO BE USED. No exhibit may be removed

before 6:00 pm Sunday of the Fair.
