Hundreds of Exhibitors from all over the state and all ages enter items in the Open Class Exhibits every year. Printed copies are available at most banks throughout Dodge County, the Fair Office, Beaver Dam Piggly Wiggly and Rechek’s Food Pride. The online version is a good reference for quick look-up or for printing extra entry sheets. Entries close August 6th. Each exhibitor must purchase an exhibitor’s ticket when making
an entry. Price is $25.00 Open to Dodge and surrounding counties. All exhibits in this department
must, without exception, be in place no later than 7:00 pm on Tuesday of the Fair to be eligible for
judging on Wednesday of the Fair at 9:00 am. Exhibitors may enter more than once, but can receive
only one prize per item number.

Entries in this class close August 6th. Each exhibitor must purchase an exhibitor’s ticket, price
of $25.00 when making entry. Exhibits must be in place no later than 7:00 pm, on Tuesday of
the Fair. Judging will be held on Wednesday of the Fair at 9:30 am.
All entries in arts and crafts must be originals, and the work of the exhibitor. NOTE:
(a) Purchased ceramic pieces that are merely glazed by exhibitor will not qualify,
(b) No kits or pre-patterned designs (including transfers) will be allowed in metalwork, basketry,
glass pictures, mosaic tile work or textile painting, (c) No kits allowed in leather or wood carving.
