Printed copies are available at most banks throughout Dodge County, the Fair Office, Beaver Dam Piggly Wiggly and Rechek’s Food Pride. The online version is a good reference for quick look-up or for printing extra entry sheets. Dodge County Fair
BEAVER DAM, WISCONSIN • August 18 thru 22, 2021
1. There are two options to submit fair entries:
a. Complete entry form provided in Fair Book and submit it to the office in person or via US mail
(Dodge County Fair, P.O. Box 654, Beaver Dam, WI 53916)
b. New this year: Submit entries online at dodgecountyfairgrounds.com
2. Regardless of how entries are submitted, payment of exhibitor fees and applicable stall fees
MUST be received before exhibitor ticket and entry tags are issued.
3. Payments can be mailed or dropped off at the Fair Office; cash or check only.
4. Entry forms MUST be postmarked or entered online by 11:59pm, August 6, 2021. Dairy and
Beef entries MUST be postmarked or entered online by 11:59pm, July 30, 2021. Dairy Cattle
entries MUST also send Dairy Catalog Entry Form with entry.
5. Be sure to read Notice To Open Class Exhibitors, entry guidelines and Rules of Inspection.
Enclosed find $25.00 for Exhibitor’s Ticket. Please accept the following entries. I agree to accept
the rules and regulations governing all classes, as published in the 2020 Premium List.

Entries positively closed as stated. Every exhibitor must have an Exhibitor’s Ticket. No tags mailed or space
reserved unless check or money order or adequate postage for tags is sent with entry.The management
will use every precaution to safeguard exhibits on the grounds, but will not be responsible for any loss or
damage that might occur.
