Jo set about designing agood training
module thatwould be suitable for
runnersofall fitness levels.
She came up with an hourlong run
done in four segments, which enables
each runner to run as fast or as slow as
they want to and it is not competitive.
The emphasisisonsociabilityand
everyone in the clubsupports each
Good Trot clubconsists of a‘‘really great
group of people’’ at all fitness levels, but
anyone consideringjoiningdoes not
have to feel intimidated because
everyone is helpful, friendly and
supportive.
established to promotethe run, which
