Lease Land for Tender<br />
The management committee of Waihora Park Reserve is<br />
offering land located within the Waihora Park Reserve for lease<br />
for 10 years with the right of review every 5 years. Lease term<br />
from 30 <strong>September</strong> <strong>2021</strong> to 30 <strong>September</strong> 2031.<br />
The current land use is for grazing and the production of green<br />
feed, the terms of the lease prohibit the keeping of pigs, horses<br />
and bull beef and restricts the growing of white straw crops.<br />
Land area (approx.):<br />
Block 1: 28 hectares<br />
Block 2: 15 hectares<br />

Park Reserve below.<br />
The lease area is dry land. The successful tenders may have<br />
an option to purchase the current in ground irrigation system,<br />
inclusive of pump, irrigation unit and water access. These<br />
negotiations are to be carried out directly with the current lease<br />
holder. Contact details are available from the Secretary Waihora<br />
Park Reserve.<br />
All tenders will be considered independently. The highest tender<br />
will not necessarily be accepted. Due diligence will be carried out<br />
