AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PEABODY<br />
CHAPTER 7 BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS<br />
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PEABODY<br />
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEABODY AS FOLLOWS:<br />
SECTION ONE: That the Code of the City of Peabody adopted on January 9, 1986,<br />
as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 7-58 entitled Fees<br />
for Permits and Inspections:<br />
The following schedule of fees for the application, the issuance and inspections<br />
relating to Sealing of Weighing & Measuring Devices is hereby established: By<br />
deleting in its entirety, Section F entitled Building Permit Fees as adopted on June<br />
12, 2008 and in place thereof the following:<br />
