arrested and charged with two
counts of larceny under $1,200,
two counts of receiving an improper
credit card under $1,200,
larceny from a person, attempted
larceny, and on warrants at 6:06
p.m. Monday.
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash
with injury at 7:01 p.m. Monday
at 67 Lynnfield St. The involved
motorcycle operator was taken to
Massachusetts General Hospital.
Breaking and Entering

Theft
A larceny was reported at 1:22
p.m. Monday on Perkins Street.
A woman walked into the station
to report her political signs were
stolen. She did not want charges
pressed against the juveniles.
A report of a larceny at 6:06
p.m. Monday at Brooks Brothers at
210B Andover St. A caller reported
someone stole her debit card and
spent $3,000. A 48-year-old man
was arrested (see arrests).

A caller reported someone spread
mustard and a can of beans on her
car and garage. The woman was
advised by police to wash off the
debris. No damage was done and
random kids may be to blame.

caller reported rocks were thrown
at her vehicle overnight.

on a person 60-plus/disabled
at 2:58 p.m. Tuesday.

Ledgewood Way, Apt. 3, was arrested
and charged with OUI-drugs
at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday.

crash at 10:19 a.m. Tuesday at

One person was taken to Beverly
Hospital.
A motor vehicle crash was reported
at 11:47 a.m. Tuesday at 74

12:36 p.m. Tuesday at 363 Lowell
St. and 2 Prospect St.; at 6:14 p.m.
Tuesday at 24 Driscoll St.
A report of a motor vehicle crash
with injury at 5:28 p.m. Tuesday at
124 Tremont St. A car crash into a
pole was reported.
A report of a hit-and-run motor
vehicle crash at 5:37 p.m. Tuesday
at 1 Felton St.
Assaults
A report of an assault with a
dangerous weapon at 12:48 p.m.
Tuesday at 6 Cosmos Drive. A
caller reported his daughter was
pointing a knife at him. Meagan
Shea, 29, of 6 Cosmos Drive, was
issued a summons for assault with
a dangerous weapon and threatening
to commit a crime.
A report of an assault at 2:58
p.m. Tuesday at Ahepa Penelope
No. 120 at 98 Central St. A caller
reported his mother and her caretaker
were physically fighting in
an apartment. The caller said his
mother was on the ground and
the caretaker was pulling her
hair. The caretaker, a 47-year-old
woman, was placed in custody
(see arrests).
Breaking and Entering
A report of a breaking and entering
at 7:41 p.m. Tuesday at 18
Greenwood Road. A caller reported
an ex-tenant broke into the home.
Fire
A report of a dumpster fire at
6:58 p.m. Tuesday at 9 Esquire
Circle. It was extinguished by the
fire department.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 9:51
a.m. Tuesday at 4 Overlea Ave. A
caller reported vandalism to his
yard and car. Police reported there
were hot dogs in the shape of a
cross placed on the driver’s side
door handle of the caller’s car and
his girlfriend’s car. Both vehicles
were parked in the driveway at the
time.
At 1:42 p.m. Tuesday, a caller
reported she was witnessing three
juveniles vandalizing the picnic
table at Connolly Park on Dark
Lane. DPW was asked to pick up
the broken table.
Vandalism was reported at 6:26
p.m. Tuesday at Welch School at 50
Swampscott Ave. A caller reported
several juveniles were destroying
property on school grounds. Police
reported the call was unfounded.

Arrests
Joseph Tyler Marchetti, 24,
of 7 Central St., Apt. 301, was arrested
on a warrant at 9:43 a.m.
Wednesday.
Patty A. Martello, 66, of 32 Quail
Road, was arrested and charged
with OUI-liquor and marked lanes
violation at 4:42 p.m. Wednesday.
Michael Silva, 47, of 3
Newcastle Road, was arrested and
charged with speeding and on a
warrant at 11:06 p.m. Wednesday.
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash
involving a pedestrian at 10:38
a.m. Wednesday at 4 Glen Road. A
caller reported a trash worker’s foot
was run over by a trash truck. The
man was taken to Massachusetts
General Hospital.

A report of a road rage incident
at 11:06 p.m. Wednesday at
9 Sprague St. A caller reported a
man on a motorcycle was “chasing
down” a woman in a tan SUV. A
47-year-old man was arrested (see
arrests). The woman involved said
she had left the Portuguese club
after an argument, but did not want
police involvement.

A report of a larceny at 2:05 p.m.

A larceny was reported at
8:10 p.m. Wednesday at Welch
School at 50 Swampscott Ave.
A person walked into the station
to report their daughter’s school
Chromebook was stolen.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 4:12
p.m. Wednesday at Homewood
Suites at 57 Newbury St. A manager
reported vandalism to a room
in the hotel. Shayna P. Linnane, 34,
of 16 Redberry Lane, was issued a
summons for malicious destruction
of property over $1,200.

driver was taken to Lahey Hospital.

reported kids were flashing lights
on the tombstones. An officer reported
the group was a family visiting
a grave site.

A report of vandalism at 1:40
p.m. Sunday at 36 ½ Lynn St. A
caller reported a vehicle hit his
pole. Police reported the person
paid restitution.
MONDAY 9/13
Arrests
Jenelle Nicole Mansfield, 27,
of 4 Downing Road, was arrested
on warrants and charged with two
counts of operating a motor vehicle
with a suspended license and
two counts of speeding at 11:18
a.m. Monday.
Breaking and Entering
A report of a breaking and entering
at 12:03 p.m. Monday at 6
Crowninshield St. A caller reported
a woman was trying to break in
through the air conditioner.
Complaints
A report of a neighborhood dispute
at 9:15 a.m. Monday at 11
Birchwood Ave. A caller reported
her neighbor had been draining his
pool into her yard. The caller said
the health department had told him
to stop, but he was continuing to
do it.
