vaccination clinics FREE of charge!<br />

Meals on Wheels is Expanding!<br />
Our Meals on Wheels is expanding in<strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong>se new<br />
areas: Port Franks, Forest, Wallaceburg, Corunna, and<br />
Petrolia! We are happy <strong>to</strong> assess your address if you<br />
live in <strong>the</strong> surrounding areas not listed. Delivery days<br />
for hot meals are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for<br />
all areas except Corunna which is Monday and Friday.<br />
For registration, meal information, and <strong>to</strong> see if you<br />
qualify for subsidy, please contact: 519-845-1353, or<br />
transportation@lamb<strong>to</strong>nelderlyoutreach.org.<br />
Meals on Wheels Volunteers Needed!<br />
Looking for volunteers <strong>to</strong> deliver hot meals <strong>to</strong> our newly<br />
served areas of: Port Franks, Forest, Wallaceburg, Corunna, and Petrolia! Deliveries are made<br />
on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and take approximately 2 hours. Volunteers can choose<br />
<strong>to</strong> use <strong>the</strong>ir personal vehicle and be reimbursed for mileage or can use an agency provided<br />
vehicle. A volunteer orientation will be held as part of <strong>the</strong> onboarding process. Interested?<br />

The Peer Program: For You, By You!<br />
The Peer Program at Lamb<strong>to</strong>n Elderly Outreach is a peer-<strong>to</strong>-peer social group from those<br />
who want <strong>to</strong> participate in various social activities planned for and by participants! All<br />
content is generated by <strong>the</strong> members who have an interest in a particular area <strong>the</strong>n we<br />
make it happen! Past events include coffee and chat, painting in <strong>the</strong> park, and bingo! To<br />
be a part of this group, please call or email <strong>the</strong> Community Engagement Specialist at<br />
