Christchurch's Port Hills pleaded<br />

Court. LeviPhillip Fiddymont, now<br />

21, was chargedwith two counts of<br />

dangerous driving causingdeath,<br />

as well as dangerous driving<br />

causing injury anddriving without<br />

the appropriate licencewhen his<br />

car, whichthe sisters were travelling<br />

in, wentover abank andburst into<br />

flames on Summit Rd,about<strong>11</strong>pm<br />

on <strong>November</strong> 27, 2019. Ateenage<br />

boy,also apassenger, suffered<br />

seriousinjuriesand survived.<br />
