pflegen wir auf dem DAN ­CAMPUS eine
riesige Material-Datenbank, die mehr als 10.000
Einzelmuster, verteilt über 15 Kategorien enthält.
Unsere Mission: Die innovativsten und nachhaltigsten
­Materialien zu finden, zu kategorisieren
und in einem der nächsten Projekte zum Einsatz
zu bringen. Die Arbeit der Material Scouts soll
bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten
helfen, unterstützen und inspirieren.
The world of materials is fascinating. That’s
why we maintain a huge materials database at
DAN CAMPUS that contains more than 10,000
individual samples spread across 15 categories.
Our mission: to find the most innovative and
sustainable materials, categorise them and use
them in one of the next projects. The work of
the Material Scouts is intended to help, support,
and inspire in the planning and implementation
of projects.
Im „dansmaterialworld“ Newsletter öffnen die
Material Scouts jeden Monat die Tür zu ihrer
Material World, indem sie die spannendsten Entwicklungen
und News rundum Materialien teilen,
zum Beispiel zu Ananasleder, Häusern aus Wellpapier
und Holz, das so weich ist wie Stoff.
In the “dansmaterialworld” newsletter, the Material
Scouts open the door to their Material World every
month by sharing the most exciting developments
and news around materials, for example
on pineapple leather, houses made of corrugated
paper and wood that is as soft as fabric.
