We declare, to the best of our knowledge, that the individual financial statements convey<br />
a picture of the net worth, financial position and earnings of the company corresponding<br />
to the actual circumstances in accordance with the accounting principles to be applied and<br />
that, in the management <strong>report</strong>, the course of business including the operating results and<br />
the position of the company are portrayed in such a way that a picture corresponding to the<br />
actual circumstances is conveyed and the significant opportunities and risks for the probable<br />
