Investor Relations<br />

It is the objective of our Investor Relations work to convey a good and transparent picture<br />

of our company and therefore to facilitate a fair company valuation through continuous,<br />

open and active information and communication with the capital market. In the course of<br />

this, we see it as a central task to foster relationships with sharehol<strong>der</strong>s, analysts and investors<br />

in or<strong>der</strong> to shore up confidence in the company.<br />

We have intensified our investor relations activities again in <strong>2009</strong>. In addition to holding<br />

the <strong>annual</strong> press conference about the balance sheet, we have regularly provided conference<br />

calls on the interim <strong>report</strong>s since last year. Furthermore, we take advantage of the opportunities<br />

for presentation and discussion at specialised events, such as the German Equity Forum,<br />

the DVFA Real Estate Conference or Expo Real. In addition, we have held road shows in<br />

London, Amsterdam / The Hague, Zurich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Cologne in<br />

or<strong>der</strong> to also maintain close contact with the capital market at all times in individual discussions<br />

with analysts and investors. Furthermore, we are redesigning our homepage in the<br />

context of the new corporate identity in or<strong>der</strong> to make information about our company<br />

accessible to you even more clearly and faster. Moreover, since the beginning of last year<br />

you have had the opportunity there to register your name in the distribution list for our<br />

newsletter and obtain up-to-date information on HAMBORNER <strong>REIT</strong> <strong>AG</strong> directly by e-mail.<br />

Building on this basis, we will also further increase our investor relations activities in 2010<br />

and be available at all times at events, in personal discussions and by telephone in or<strong>der</strong> to<br />

provide information to you and answer your questions.<br />

HAMBORNER has been a member of EPRA since January 2010. The eponymous European<br />

Public Real Estate Association is an organisation with its headquarters in Amsterdam which<br />

represents the interests of the large European property companies in public and supports<br />

the development and market presence of the European property corporations. Just as in pre-<br />

vious years, HAMBORNER is orientated to the standards recommended by EPRA for the purposes<br />

of greatest transparency and comparability in the determination of important ratios.<br />
