HAMBORNER has succeeded as planned: On February 18, 2010 the<br />
company officially achieved <strong>REIT</strong> status, which applies retroactively as of<br />
January 1, 2010. As a result we are the third German <strong>REIT</strong> and the first<br />
that has emerged from the conversion of a property corporation that has<br />
been in existence for almost 60 years.<br />
We are particularly pleased, therefore, to be able to introduce you today<br />
to the "new but old" HAMBORNER in the form of a restyled <strong>annual</strong> <strong>report</strong><br />
as well.
