launch ‘The Art Maze’, on Burj Al Arab,<br />
Jumeirah helipad.<br />
In celebration of UNESCO’s World<br />
Heritage Sites’ 50th anniversary,<br />
artist and philanthropist Sacha<br />
Jafri partnered with <strong>the</strong> art<br />
visionary, Marcus Schaefer, to<br />
launch a first-of-its-k<strong>in</strong>d exhibition<br />
on top of <strong>the</strong> Burj Al Arab Jumeirah<br />
Helipad.<br />
‘The Art Maze’ showcased 30<br />
orig<strong>in</strong>al oil and acrylic masterpieces<br />
by Sacha Jafri and gave visitors <strong>the</strong><br />
opportunity to choose which path<br />
to take and create an experience<br />
where <strong>the</strong> journey is <strong>the</strong> dest<strong>in</strong>ation.<br />
Marcus Schaefer, whose mission<br />
is to create unique platforms for<br />
artists to display <strong>the</strong>ir work beyond<br />
traditional boundaries, is <strong>the</strong><br />
masterm<strong>in</strong>d beh<strong>in</strong>d <strong>the</strong> one-of-ak<strong>in</strong>d<br />
gallery structure, which is a<br />
12-meter-by-12-meter steel labyr<strong>in</strong>th.<br />
Sacha Jafri, commented, “In<br />

becom<strong>in</strong>g more of a reality, and<br />
‘The Art Maze’ showcased 30 orig<strong>in</strong>al oil and<br />
acrylic masterpieces by Sacha Jafri and gave<br />
visitors <strong>the</strong> opportunity to choose which path<br />
to take and create an experience where <strong>the</strong><br />
journey is <strong>the</strong> dest<strong>in</strong>ation.<br />
where onl<strong>in</strong>e and physical liv<strong>in</strong>g is<br />
fully <strong>in</strong>tegrated, this project is about<br />
reconnect<strong>in</strong>g Humanity to <strong>the</strong> beauty<br />
that surrounds us, with<strong>in</strong> our natural<br />
world, by re-establish<strong>in</strong>g l<strong>in</strong>ks with<br />
our heritage and cultural history. The<br />
launch of <strong>the</strong> ‘The Art Maze’ on <strong>the</strong><br />
Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Helipad will<br />
truly be a first-of-its-k<strong>in</strong>d concept<br />
where art meets architecture and<br />
technology, and we can’t wait to<br />
share it with <strong>the</strong> rest of <strong>the</strong> world.”<br />
Sacha has been recognized by <strong>the</strong><br />
United Nations for his humanitarian<br />
work as he has raised over $140<br />
million for charitable causes. His<br />
work with ‘The Art Maze’ will not<br />
only celebrate <strong>the</strong> UNESCO World<br />
Heritage Sites’ 50th anniversary and<br />
its outstand<strong>in</strong>g universal values, but<br />
it also aims to reconnect society with<br />
<strong>the</strong> cultural history and beauty of our<br />
planet’s most protected sites through<br />
