WINE TIP OF THE MONTH<br />
Never try to taste wine as it passes over your tongue, the taste is not<br />
there. You must “swish” around your mouth & then swallow to saturate<br />
your palate. Then you must wait 15 to 45 seconds or more for the TRUE<br />
flavors to emerge from the back of your throat and nasal passage. The<br />
initial impact to your tongue is to alert you to the balance between<br />
natural sugar vs. acidity.Remember, the mark of a great wine is the<br />
balance combined with the flavors & tastes that will emerge!
