What does "BeingShe" stand for?
BeingShe is a platform that
empowers women, by women,
for women. Founded by Aparna
Bajpai with an aim to give women a
voice, a chance to turn their dreams
into reality. It has now become
an ecosystem for women’s selfdiscovery
through its action driven
initiatives: BeingShe Excellence
Awards, BeingShe Club, BeingShe
Empowered Program, She Talks and
BeingShe Universe.

BeingShe’s mission is to empower
and transform women and help them
to lead their inner drive and passion
with concrete impactful structure.
Our vision is to become the largest
international women network for
self-transformation and growth which
enables women to get the right
exposure and opportunities for their
personal and professional growth.
How impactful do you feel are
these platforms in today’s world?
We have had a lot of success
stories from all our initiatives.
Since inception, we have been
empowering women through
confident building and selfawareness
with the BeingShe
Universe initiative. Participants
have gone on to become business
owners, authors, actresses, radio
presenters etc. It's amazing what
women can do once they are
confident in themselves.
Through the BeingShe empowered
program, we have assisted foreign
brands to connect with UAE
customers, we have facilitated media
connections, speaking opportunities
and brand awareness activities to
business owners seeking to establish
themselves in the industry and to
give their brands mass exposure in
the UAE market.
Over the years due to the diverse
nature of our initiatives, we have
grown into a very diverse community
of women. As a result, we officially
launched the BeingShe Club which
is a multicultural networking platform
for women in the UAE to grow their
business and professional network.
We have seen a lot of impact in the
lives of women who have been part
of BeingShe over the years and I
couldn’t be more proud

This year’s award ceremony was
a resounding success as more than
forty women achievers were honored
with awards of excellence across
various fields. BeingShe Excellence
Awards will be back again in
2023 with even more personal
