MNastya was born <strong>in</strong> Belarus<br />
and currently lives & works<br />
out of her home studio <strong>in</strong><br />
Dubai as a full-time artist. S<strong>in</strong>ce<br />
childhood, she was creative and<br />
passionate about pa<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>g and f<strong>in</strong>e<br />
Art. To expand her knowledge, she<br />
attended art school for a couple of<br />
years and had her first experience<br />
as an artist by participat<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong><br />
exhibitions.<br />
S<strong>in</strong>ce those days art has been<br />
present throughout her life.<br />
However, it took her many years<br />
to listen to her creative soul, and<br />
become an artist. “Without <strong>the</strong><br />
ability to actualize an idea or<br />
concept, art would not exist” says<br />
Nastya. She was so passionate that<br />
creativity occupied all her free time<br />
<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> pandemic and <strong>the</strong> result is<br />
now clearly visible.<br />
Nastya quickly established<br />
herself as a contemporary artist<br />
and her pa<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>gs have been well<br />
received with<strong>in</strong> UAE homes and<br />
overseas. She found success <strong>in</strong><br />
various commissioned projects <strong>in</strong><br />
collaboration with local designers,<br />
has been featured <strong>in</strong> numerous<br />
exhibitions and showcased her<br />
works <strong>in</strong> galleries across Dubai.<br />
“My favorite pa<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>g is <strong>the</strong> one I<br />
haven't created yet. The journey is<br />
important,” says Nastya. Her style<br />
is full of movement and texture,<br />
often <strong>in</strong>volv<strong>in</strong>g layered patterns<br />
and details, which adds depth<br />
and <strong>in</strong>tricacy to each piece. The<br />
majority of her works today are<br />
abstract, fluid and mixed media<br />
pa<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>gs, but her subject matter<br />
is nature. Her landscape pa<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>gs<br />
are varied, mesmeriz<strong>in</strong>g and calm.<br />
She does not try to illustrate <strong>the</strong><br />
story, but ra<strong>the</strong>r evoke a mood and<br />
create a pleasant atmosphere. In<br />
many of her works, she depicts<br />
<strong>in</strong>terpreted seascapes, sunsets<br />
and abstractions on a sea-<strong>the</strong>me.<br />
And her floral pa<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>gs demand to<br />
be exam<strong>in</strong>ed. Us<strong>in</strong>g liquid acrylic<br />
pa<strong>in</strong>t, she creates floral motifs with<br />
<strong>in</strong>terest<strong>in</strong>g and visually organic<br />
patterns <strong>in</strong> her signature style.<br />
