Only Coco’s single-origin
chocolate is famed for its unique

They started in 2016 with a small broken
chocolate machine (fondly known as Lilly)
but have come a long way since. Today they

Arthur Alsop began
Alsop and Walker in 2008 and
today it is truly a local super star. Based in
East Sussex, they use milk from local farmers
and both traditional and modern methods (with a
special twist from Arthur) to produce exciting bespoke
cheeses. The Lord London, for example, is a semi-soft
cow’s milk cheese. It won a silver medal at the World
Cheese Awards, was served at William and Kate’s Royal
Wedding Breakfast, and was awarded a Gold Award for the
Best Soft Cheese and given the status of Best Soft Cheese
in Great Britain at last year’s British Cheese Awards.
