in the State of Ohio, County of <strong>Madison</strong>, and in the City of West Jefferson, and being Lot No. 326<br />
of Westwood Estates Section #3, as the same is numbered and delineated upon the recorded plat<br />
thereof, of record in Plat Book 2, Page(s) 12-15, <strong>Madison</strong> County Recorder. Permanent Parcel No.<br />
10-01612.000.<br />
Property Address: 885 Crescent Drive, West Jefferson, Ohio 43162.<br />
The Petitioner further alleges that the assignment of mortgage from the Defendant Agency<br />
Management, Inc. to First Security Savings Bank was never recorded, the mortgagor has satisfied<br />
the debt associated with the mortgage and the Plaintiff is unable to record a satisfaction of<br />
mortgage.<br />
The Petitioner prays that the assignment of the original Mortgage from Agency Management, Inc.<br />
to First Security Savings Bank be valid, enforceable and properly assigned to Bank of America N.A.;<br />
that said Mortgage has been fully paid, is no longer an encumbrance on the Property and is<br />
declared satisfied of record; and an order requiring the County Recorder of <strong>Madison</strong> County to<br />
record said Judgment Entry in the public records as full and final release of the mortgage filed as<br />
Volume 319, Page 0106-0111, on December 15, 1993; and for such other further relief as is just<br />
and equitable.<br />

The <strong>Madison</strong> County Commissioners are accepting sealed bids to remove snow and apply salt as necessary for the<br />
five-year period beginning in fall of <strong>2022</strong> for the locations listed below. Bids should include removal of snow from all<br />
parking areas, sidewalks, steps & street ramp accesses and salt application as necessary when snowfall exceeds 1” or<br />
when ice forms or upon request of Commissioners. Bidders must provide all equipment, labor & materials and submit<br />
a bid(s) period:<br />
1. Annually & 5-year total for each individual location.<br />
2. Annually & 5-year total as a total package for all locations and<br />
3. Annually & 5-year total for any combination of locations (may exclude certain locations).<br />
