With branches in a number of locations around the
country, well-known aesthetic laser clinic, Dermology, has
finally opened its doors in Ballito.
Specialising in laser and light technology - specifically
the world-class Sciton technology - Dermology focusses
on treating skin conditions such as hyperpigmentation,
melasma, acne, scarring, ageing, rosacea and much
more.
At the helm of the Dermology brand is passionate CEO,
Lourette Du Toit, who has poured her heart and soul into
business since it first opened its doors in 2013.
Having started out as a clinic practice manager and
laser therapist, Lourette has dedicated the past decade
to growing it into the results-driven clinic it is known
as today. A luminary for Sciton, she often presents at
worldwide aesthetic congresses and trains other laser
specialists, doctors and professionals on the subject.
Lourette took over as CEO in 2021 and started expanding
the business. Today Dermology has clinics in four
different locations: Sandton, Paarl, Groenkloof and now,
Ballito!
Well known for their BBL treatments, Dermology have
been creating better looking and healthier skin for the
past 10 years, offering a wide variety of aesthetic laser and
light protocols in addition to aesthetic skin treatments.
The Dermology team believe in combination therapy and
creating the perfect recipe for each patient’s needs.
“Sandton has been Dermology’s head office from the
beginning, and a number of patients travel from KZN to
visit the Joburg branch, so it only made sense to open a
branch here on the North Coast,” says Lourette.
