THE TESLA MODEL 3 HEARSE

No, you can’t buy this from Tesla. It is made by Netherlandsbased

hearse maker, Derks. Hearses are actually perfect for

electrification: They cover relatively small distances, and

they generally have plenty of time to charge between drives.

According to Derks, the Tesla Hearse 3, built with a

powered tailgate and a 100% composite, lightweight body,

is equipped with small side doors with storage spaces

behind them and an extendable box floor. It has electric

curtains, LED lighting in the box area, and an optional starry

headliner ceiling.

THE DRAKO DRAGON

According to its manufacturer, the Drako

Dragon is “the most powerful, quickest and

fastest production hyper-luxury SUV in history.”

Like Drako’s Fisker-based GTE, the Dragon

was designed by Drako Chief Designer Lowie

Vermeersch and his Italian GranStudio team. As

for the performance ... Drako claims a top speed

of over 320 km/h, a sprint to 100 km/h in 1.9

seconds, and a 9.0-second quarter-mile time.

The battery pack has a 500 kW fast-charging

capability that allows for an 80% charge in 10

minutes with a maximum range of 540 km.

The Dragon will be built in America, with

production and deliveries planned for 2026.

THE MASERATI GRANTURISMO

Yes, you can now order an all-electric GranTurismo.

The Folgore coupe has a 92.5 kWh battery with an

800V architecture that allows up to 270 kW charging.

A tri-motor 760HP system offers plenty of

power, beating its counterparts’ performance with

a claimed 0-100 km/h time of 2.7 seconds (versus

3.5 for the Trofeo and 3.9 for the Modena) and the

same 320 km/h top speed as the Trofeo.

combined with four riding modes, guarantees a

climbing capability of up to 25 degrees of gradient,

and a top speed limited to 25 km/h.
