AT THE END of every year it’s common
for us to talk about the birth of Christ as
“the reason for the season.” This is a helpful
reminder, especially because we’re so overwhelmed
with conflicting messages when it
comes to that time of year.
I believe it’s important for us think about
Easter the same way. In my family, we often
talk about Easter as the highlight of our
journey as Christians, since the death and
resurrection of Christ is the moment in history
when everything changed.
There are many ways we can make Easter the reason for every
season. In this issue of the magazine, we have several fun ideas
from parents like you. But I also wanted to direct you to a couple
more resources that could be helpful for you during this time.
Whether you’re able to meditate on the good news of Easter Sunday
during Lent or Holy Week, or you’re looking for ways to keep it at
the forefront of your mind throughout the rest of the year, these free
resources from <strong>Focus</strong> on the Family Canada are great tools for you
and your family.

through each day of Holy Week, from Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday,
to help you better understand the bigger picture of this world-changing
