All-SEC, Players Drafted<br />
Right-handed pitcher Jensen Lewis, a<br />
junior from Cincinnati, was named to <strong>the</strong><br />
All-Sou<strong>the</strong>astern Conference Second Team<br />
by a vote of <strong>the</strong> league’s 12 coaches.<br />
Vanderbilt led <strong>the</strong> SEC in team pitching with<br />
a 3.38 ERA, and Lewis led <strong>the</strong> Commodores<br />
with an 8-3 record and 2.62 ERA.<br />
Major League Baseball showed great<br />
interest in <strong>the</strong> Vanderbilt program and drafted<br />
13 players—eight current players and five<br />
signees—in <strong>the</strong> 2005 draft. Leading <strong>the</strong> list<br />

Lacrosse: Women Earn<br />
Postseason Honors<br />
Four Commodores have been honored for <strong>the</strong>ir<br />
performances during <strong>the</strong> 2005 lacrosse season.<br />
Junior Kate Hickman,<br />
sophomore Molly<br />
Frew, and freshmen<br />
Sasha Cielak and<br />
Margie Curran were<br />
named to <strong>the</strong><br />
American Lacrosse<br />
Conference’s All-<br />
League Team:<br />
Hickman to <strong>the</strong> first<br />
team and Cielak, Curran and Frew to <strong>the</strong><br />
second team. Cielak and Hickman were both<br />
named to <strong>the</strong> Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse<br />
Coaches Association South All-Region Second<br />
Team. Cielak also was named to <strong>the</strong> Inside<br />
Lacrosse All-Americans Third Team. Hickman<br />
led <strong>the</strong> Commodores with 41 goals, and Curran<br />
was second on <strong>the</strong> team with 30 goals and 28<br />
draw controls. Cielak and Frew were <strong>the</strong> team’s<br />
defensive leaders, combining for 50 caused<br />
turnovers and 76 ground balls. Vanderbilt finished<br />
with a 6-9 record, 3-3 in conference play.<br />
Women’s Tennis: Falk<br />
Named All-American<br />
Vanderbilt senior Audra Falk advanced to<br />
<strong>the</strong> Sweet Sixteen round of <strong>the</strong> NCAA<br />
Individual Championships and was named<br />
an All-American for <strong>the</strong> second consecutive<br />
year. She finished<br />
