Massage Therapy Foundation and
veteran-related community service
projects. Since 2013, the foundation
has participated in the Boston
Marathon as part of John Hancock’s
Marathon Non-Profit Program. MTF
supports scientific research, educational
resources and community
service for the massage therapy
profession. It has granted more than
$500,000 to 90 different community
service grants around the world.
A seasoned triathlete,
this was Jones' first Boston
Marathon.
Lighthouse Central
Florida held its annual
Sight & Sole WalkFest to
raise awareness and funding
for critical services
helping Central Floridians
living with blindness or
visual impairment. The
event was attended by
hundreds of community
members, including 14
teams composed of business
and community leaders
from the Greater Orlando area.
Representatives of the organization
extend their thanks to the community
and event co-sponsors for
helping to surpass the fundraising
goal. Through sponsorships, peer-topeer
fundraising and in-kind donations,
Lighthouse was able to raise
$48,000 to help fund its critical vision
rehabilitation programming.
Community members support Lighthouse Central Florida through the organization’s annual Sight & Sole
WalkFest.

Club Team.
Lighthouse Central Florida provides
education, independent living
skills, job readiness training and
coaching for people living with vision
impairment or blindness. The
organization is the only accredited
nonprofit provider of life-changing
vision rehabilitation services in
Central Florida.
