In this section of our magazine, there are interviews with people
whose knowledge and skills I trust. In our interview, we
determined and asked them 10 questions and their answers were
tremendous. While preparing the questions, we paid great
attention to the fact that they were about cooking methods,
cutting techniques and meat sections, and to collect valuable
information on these issues.
