LOBSTER
90- 120 gr lobster
3 medium onions
1 medium celery
3 sprigs of sage tea
2 Liters of Water
1 glass of white wine
1/8 Muscat
½ lemon peel
1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
3 bay leaves
5 liters of water (to boil)
3 cloves of garlic
1 red Thai chili pepper
juice of ½ lemon
2 spoons of butter
First of all, we start by preparing the
aromatic water in which we will boil
the lobster. Add white wine, amulet,
lemon peel to the water.
