In our country, it is mostly used in sautés and roasting.
Mushrooms are actually able to make delicious meals by keeping

1651 - First mushroom discovery around Paris in France.
1707 - The first controlled cultivation of "edible mushrooms"
was made in the vegetable garden.
1800 - Mushroom cultivation in underground quarries, which is
the right time and place for mushrooms, with the climate
constantly humid.
1825 - Mushrooms are grown in a rural landscape near
Haarlem.
1900 - At fluweelgrotten (Velvet Caves) in Valkenburg and St.
Mushroom cultivation in Pietersberg caves.
1934 - The first scientific study on mushroom culture was
carried out at the Netherlands Naaldwijk Research Station.
1946 - Great mushroom pioneers Mr. Bels, M Sc, and Dr.
Under the guidance of Bels-Koning, a fungal culture laboratory
was established in Houthem St.Gerlach (South Limburg).
