1. • Grant Authorizations to DataHub/2 Host User IDs
a. • Grant authorization to SQL/DS databases.
b. ► Grant authorization to production SFS directories.
c. • Grant authorization to work SFS directories.
2. • Set up AVS Environment
a. • Determine number of Service Pool machines
b. • Define the AVS virtual machine to GCS.
c. • Define gateway LUs to VTAM.
d. • Define/redefine AVS CP directory.
e. • Redefine AVS machine PROFILE GCS (EXEC).
f. • Redefine AVS machine AGWPROF GCS (EXEC).
For each DataHub Support/VM gateway:
a. • Create Service Pool configuration file.
3. • Set up Service Pool Environment
a. • Set up COMDIR NAMES file.
b. ► Create EMQVPROF EXEC.
For each Service Pool machine:
a. • Create Service Pool machine CP directory entry.
b. • Define Service Pool machine PROFILE EXEC.
4. • Customize DataHub Support/VM Files
a. • Customize system configuration file.
b. • Customize tool table.
c. • Customize EMQVTAPE EXEC.
