Day one at ISPA this year started on an energetic note as Patrick Huey<br />
danced onto the stage to welcome the attendees. Patrick honored<br />
Nerio Alessandri, of Technogym, with the ISPA Visionary Award, who<br />
spoke about lifestyle sustainability of wellness and dedicated the<br />
award to the Technogym team and to his family, saying, "Let's move<br />
for a better world!"<br />
The keynote speaker, Neil Pasricha, spoke about happiness, asking<br />
each of us to find just two minutes each morning, afternoon and<br />
evening. Each morning, set your intention to: ‘let go of...’, ‘be grateful<br />
for...’, and ‘focus on...’ Each afternoon take two minutes and walk in<br />
nature, around trees. In the evening, read two pages of fiction.<br />

Day two at ISPA welcomed Erica Dhawan, author of ‘Get Big Things<br />
Done’ and ‘The Power of Connectional Intelligence’ who taught<br />
everyone a quick Bollywood dance, followed by four Laws of modern<br />
communication:<br />
1. Value visibly<br />
2. Communicate carefully<br />
3. Collaborate Confidently<br />
4. Trust totally<br />

On day three, award winners were invited to the stage; among them,<br />
was Four Seasons Punta Mita, awarded for philanthropy due to their<br />
‘Yappy <strong>Wellness</strong>’ program, an activity for guests to enjoy time with<br />
rescue dogs.<br />
Deborah Szekely, at 101 years young, presented the Alex Szekely<br />
humanitarian award to Ben Nemtin. Ben asked us, "What do you want<br />
to do before you die", outlining five steps to achieve your bucket list:<br />
1. Write your list<br />
2. Share your goals<br />
3. Be unstoppable<br />
4. Take moonshots<br />
5. Give to others<br />
