The Flower Festival is a bright and colorful event that takes place annually in Namangan city and<br />
attracts thousands of tourists from all over the world. This year it was held from May 21 to June 21. It<br />
was visited by guests from 50 countries of the world. Every year the festival is held at a period when<br />
everything around begins to bloom and fume, and becomes a real feast for the eyes and soul.<br />
The Flower Festival in Namangan has been held since 1961, and it is a grandiose event for every<br />
Uzbekistan resident, reflecting all the richness of available plants and flower culture.<br />
The flower festival opens annually with a large-scale automobile parade: more than 150 vehicles,<br />
cars and motorcycles, decorated with colorful flowers in the form of ornaments, drive through the<br />
streets of Namangan to the delight of the locals and guests of the festival.<br />
During the month, the festival included the International Fashion Week, folklore performances,<br />
a gastronomic festival, laser shows, an exhibition of artisans, as well as various performances for<br />
children.<br />
