GLOBAL REACH<br />
Starting life as a home business in 1950 in Holland,<br />
Dobla quickly expanded to become a wholesaler<br />
supplying bakery ingredients. The company expanded<br />
its operation to Belgium, the USA and Vietnam to<br />
achieve global coverage, and became part of the Irca<br />
family (an Italian company which has been producing<br />
food ingredients since 1919), in 1988.<br />
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY<br />
Dobla is BRC and ISO 9001 certified, and its chocolate decorations are Kosher and Halal. In addition, Dobla is a UTZ<br />
certified purchaser. Part of the Rainforest Alliance, the UTZ label stands for more sustainable farming and better<br />
opportunities for farmers, their families, and the planet. The UTZ certification program enables farmers to use better<br />
farming methods, grow better crops, and generate more income. They learn how to improve working conditions,<br />
adapt to climate change, and protect the environment.<br />
