<strong>Wellness</strong> experiences at the Zentropia <strong>Spa</strong> start with the spacious<br />
open-air hydrotherapy circuit comprising heat elements of sauna,<br />
steam room, and jacuzzi to warm the body in preparation for<br />
massage services and spa treatments. These are complimented by<br />
experience showers, a pediluvium walkway to stimulate the soles<br />
of the feet by walking on smooth river stones, and a sensorial pool<br />
with jets for the upper back, shoulders, and neck. Cool off with the<br />
refreshing cold plunge and a swim along the lazy river that winds<br />
around the outer edge of the spa area. With loungers to relax on<br />
and fresh juices and smoothies served at the healthy bar, arriving<br />
with plenty of time to make use of these facilities is recommended.<br />
An array of massages in addition to facials and body treatments<br />
are available, opt for a deep tissue massage to relieve stress and<br />
reduce muscle tension. In the salon, guests can find manicures,<br />
pedicures, and hair and makeup services.<br />
A fully equipped gym is available along with traditional fitness<br />
classes, dance classes, and aqua spin. Guests can also enjoy<br />
stand-up paddleboarding and SUP yoga.<br />
