Elected Member Training and Development<br />
Elected Member Training and Development Plan <strong>2022</strong>/<strong>2023</strong><br />
Council conducted training in accordance with a structured Elected Member Training and Development Plan during the year.<br />
Council’s training and development plan was in accordance with the Local Government Association’s Mandatory Standards<br />
for Elected Members following the <strong>2022</strong> Periodic Election. The training included core modules which covered:<br />
» Leadership Competency<br />
» Civic<br />
» Legal<br />
» Strategy and Finance<br />
» Behaviour<br />
All Elected Members completed their Mandatory training modules by 30 June <strong>2023</strong> (as detailed in the Elected Members<br />
Mandatory Training Register available from Council’s website).<br />

In addition to training offered as part of the Elected Member Training and Development Plan, Elected Members have<br />
