Positive news for
local homeowners
CoreLogic’s latest Home Value Index
shows dwelling values rose across almost
90% of house and unit markets across
Australia in the 12 months to February
this year.
A recent suburb-level analysis using
CoreLogic’s interactive ‘Mapping the
Market’ tool found that 88.4% (4,087)
of the 4,625 house and unit markets
analysed nationally saw values rise over
the year. This was up from just 52.9% of
markets studied in July 23 (2,456/4,640),
recording positive annual growth and up
from the 39.1% assessed in February 2023
(1,851/4,732).
